Now that little detour is done go and speak to Dethmold inside his tent. If you're good at wrestling this is a great place to build up some cash as you can keep competing with Adam for 100 Orens a win. Return to the area with the King's tent and look for a man named Adam Pangratt, defeat this last opponent in an arm wrestling contest to finish the questline. Speak with Magnus to beat him at arm wrestling as well (if he isn't here fast forward time slightly and he should return). Go back down the hill and between the armourer and canteen tents will be a blacksmith at an anvil. Once you have won speak with Randal just beside you and do the same thing. Head up a small hill with some men around a campfire and speak to Martin then challenge him to and win an arm wrestling match, doing this will trigger a new quest. Leave the tent and Dethmold will call you over to him, ignore him for the moment and go into shops area of the camp. Once you are done with the conversation enter the tent to speak with King Henselt. Go through the options in whatever order you like and when a round of questions pop up do not select the Axii option as this always fails. When you get close enough you will automatically speak with a man named Shilard. Search the area (you can enter the tents) and loot what you can then head to the tent with a group of people standing outside it which should be marked on your map.
Keep following Zyvik until he leads you to a gate, head through when he leave you.
